As a valued iShadez customer we want you to receive your product within the time frame advertised. Please review your address information carefully to ensure it is correct.
If you find that you have entered your shipping information incorrectly please promptly contact us at Service@iShadez.shop and we will do our best to update the address information prior to shipping.
If we are unable to change shipping information prior to shipment iShadez does not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Please contact your mail courier for further assistance.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your tracking ends or is marked delivered and you have not received it please reach out to USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. iShadez does not assume responsibility for packages lost through the postal service and an investigation will need to be completed via the courier.
As a reminder, standard shipping is 5 days from the date of shipping and not from the date your order is placed. Once payment is submitted it can take 1-2 business days to process payment depending on your financial institution.
